THE UK AS A DIVERSE SOCIETY "ARABIC LANGUAGE "

The Arabic is spoken by the range of 360 million people, it’s not only a language for countries it’s also a language of religion for millions of people in other countries that also include parkistians and the Bangladesh who lives in the uk.

      Talking about the speakers of Arabic in the united kingdom, since there are different countries that speakers the Arabic language, they are mostly spread out in numbers of groups. There has been a long establishment of communities of Arabic speakers in the yememi in Birmingham, Newcastle, Cardiff, Moroccans in the north Kensington and Ladbroke Grove areas of London.

       In the oil-boom of the 1970s, large numbers of Arabs arrived from the Gulf and established businesses of different kinds in the UK; they also occupied and lived in some of the rich areas of London. Of late, political confusion in Algeria, Iraq, Lebanon and Palestine has given rise to growing numbers of refugees. However there is no given national figures are available, a survey of    London schoolchildren conducted in 2000 showed that Arabic was the seventh most commonly spoken language in the capital, used by 1.23 per cent of the school population.

   In addition the newspaper written in Arabic, also known as the independent Arabic language newspaper Al Hayat is printed in London with worldwide morning –of – publication supply. However an important cultural centre which  in Westbourne Grove known as the KUFA GALLERY is used to promote the Arabic arts both in written,  performance and visual form.

time management



Time management is act or way, in which an individual tries to manage his or her time, and also spend it wisely. One good reason of time management is having yourself been aware of  you having a goal for yourself, time and making them productive. Time management might be supported by the range of assistance, tools and techniques used to manage time, having a project or assignment done before due date or before time. Time management is one thing student have to fight with due to fact that so many things get to distract them also peer groups and the weather. Having been a goal of what you want, what you came for, and above all your aims and objective.                                                                                                                                        Having been able to manage your time is also known as self-discipline, there are so many ways people get to manage there their time and meet up with expectations. To be able to manage your time well you must have a good time table of how you spend your day, who you spend it with, of what use is the pleasure for that what you must achieve.  There are steps that should be noticed for student who wants to manage their time well good.
·         Review notes and readings just before class
·         Create a to-do-list; this helps when trying to get on track,
·         Make weekly or daily planner
·         Arrange your task
·         Say no to unnecessary task
·         Setting deadlines for yourself before due date

   BENEFIT OF TIME MANAGEMENT
Been able to manage your time and task makes a student or an  employer above order colleagues, time management is act of been discipline, however a discipline person is a responsible person, and  responsibilities would be given to the person, also they  have a chance to become a leader .  Knowing what you want and your goals along with a good time managing will help an individual overcome some difficulties.
RISK OF BAD TIME MANAGEMENT
Not having a good time management could either lead to failure or set back in an individual’s life, bad time managing, as an effect whereby jobs, assignment, files task and responsibilities piles up waiting for  self on time, an individual or student  with a bad time managing might end up feeling so worn out and it might lead to failure.

The welsh assembly

The assembly in Wales runs a self-rule elected body, they stand for the people of Wales and the country, in which they also  make laws for Wales , and  hold the welsh government to account to account. There key roles are to represent Wales, its people, making laws for the country, and also share the welsh government to account. Despite the fact that the assembly was only created in the year 1999, the history of the interest group towards political transfer in Wales date back to 1886. The debating chamber in Cardiff bay, was designed by the Richard Rogers partnership and built by Taylor Woodrow. The chamber is also known as the senedd house,
"the senedd houses the debating chamber and committee rooms. It was formally opened by the queen Elizabeth on St David's Day that was in March 2006"

    Having their daily business carried out, assembly members embark on their tasks of representing Wales and its people, making laws for the Wales and asset the welsh government to account in a number of ways.  Consisting of attending plenary debates and sitting on assembly committees to talk about detailed issues. There are sixty seats in the national assembly of Wales. Having elections for the sixty seats in the assembly only take place each four years, following every election, the assembly elects one assembly member to  serve as presiding  officer, and choose someone else in the assembly as second-in -command.  The assembly are not just there to make only laws,  most important legislation called assembly measures, describing Wales, in positive fields of the government, such as agriculture, ancient monuments and public buildings, society money-making, progress, education.
     Labour is the decision party, even though it was a alternative administration for much of the last term. As well as the first minister been Rhodri Morgan. The stable administrative and support staff of the Assembly are working by the Assembly Commission They are not communal servant, even despite the fact  they enjoy similar terms and conditions of service to members of the UK .
    
In conclusion the welsh assembly as high impact in the life of the government and people, with the seating of the members laws and decisions can't be taken.
